Plan - gebogen und mit Löchern versehen (evtl. Schlosserarbeit) / 5 mm linkage according to plan (bent and provided with holes produce (possibly let produce by a locksmith)

Schritt 1: Die vier Hälften ausdrucken (Erfolgreich gedruckt mit: Layer 0,25 / Infill: 30% / ohne Support) Druckdauer pro Teil ca. 3 bis 4h je nach Slicer Einstellungen. Step 1: Print the four parts. (successfully printed with: Layer 0.25mm / Infill: 30% / without support) printing time about 3 to 4 hours per part Schritt 2: Alle Bohrungen mit 4mm Bohrer nachbohren. Alle Gestängebohrungen wenn nötig mit 5mm Bohrer nachbessern. Mutternschlitze Bohrmaterial befreien und wenn nötig Schlitze nachbessern. Step 2: Redrill all holes with a 4mm drill. All linkage holes if necessary redrill with 5mm drill. Clean nut slots. If necessary, rework the nut slots.

Schritt 3: Das Gestänge ind die dafür vorgesehene Bohrung einführen und Druckfeder mit der Beilage einfädeln. Die Feder und Beilabe mittels Spitzzange zusammendrücken und zugleich den Splint in die Bohrung einführen. Das Gestänge drehen und den Splint auf der anderen Seite aufbiegen. Bei der 2. oberen Hälfte Schritt 3 ebenfalls durchführen. Step 3: Insert the linkage into the corresponding bore hole and then threading the spring and washer. Compress the spring with washer using a needlenose plier and insert the split in the hole. Turn the linkage as far that the split pin on the other side can be bent. At the second upper half, the step 3 also perform.

Schritt 4: Die beiden oberen Hälften mittels Schraube und Mutter zusammenschrauben (2 Stk.) Step 4: Screwing the two top halves using screws and nuts.

Schritt 5: Die Unteren beiden Hälften mit den 4 Stiften und dem 2 Komponentenkleber zusammenkleben. Auf Unterlage fixieren und Kleber aushärten lassen. Step 5: Glue the Bottom halves with the four pins and the two-component adhesive Fixed on a base and leave curing glue.

Schritt 6: Alle Muttern (M4) in die dafür vorgesehenen Schlittze schieben. Die Oberen und unteren Teile mittels Senkschrauben zusammenschrauben. Step 6: Slide all nuts in the appropriate slots. Screw the upper and bottom parts using countersunk screws.

Schritt 7: Falls nötig muss für den reibungslosen Sendereinbau noch etwas nachgearbeitet werden. Step 7: If necessary have to be reworked for a smooth insertion of the transmitter.
