Wir bitten alle beteiligten Athletinnen (Platz 1-3), sich direkt nach Wettbewerbsende für die Ehrung bereit zu halten. Pressekonferenzen und Dopingkontrollen finden im Anschluss an die Siegerpräsentation statt. Siegerehrungen Die offizielle Siegerehrung (Prize Giving Ceremony) findet am Samstag um 18.30 Uhr auf dem Rathausplatz in Sonthofen und am Sonntag im Anschluss an das Rennen im Stadion statt. Treffpunkt am Samstag für alle erfolgreichen Athletinnen (Plätze 1-6) ist spätestens um 18.25 Uhr im Rathaus Sonthofen (winner lounge). Für die Teams stehen separate Parkplätze am Rathaus zur Verfügung sowie ein warmer Aufenthaltsraum mit Snacks und Getränken. Preisgeld Die Siegerprämien werden per Banküberweisung ausbezahlt. Startnummernauslosung Die Startnummernauslosung findet am Freitag und Samstag am Rathausplatz Sonthofen statt. Am Freitag beginnt die Startnummernauslosung um 18.30h (Treffpunkt um 18.25 Uhr am Rathaus Sonthofen. Am Samstag beginnt die Startnummernauslosung für den Slalomwettbewerb direkt im Anschluss an die Siegerehrung Riesenslalom. Treffpunkt ist um 18.45 Uhr im Rathaus Sonthofen (Winner Lounge). Für die Teams stehen separate Parkplätze am Rathaus zur Verfügung sowie ein warmer Aufenthaltsraum mit Snacks und Getränken.

Winner Presentation The winner presentations will be held directly after the competitions. We ask all athletes involved (ranks 1-3) to keep ready for the ceremony right after the end of the competition. Press conferences and doping controls will be subsequent to the winner presentations. Prize giving ceremony On Saturday evening at 06.30 p.m. the official prize giving ceremony is held on stage at the ‘Rathausplatz Sonthofen’ whereas on Sunday it will be directly after the competition in the stadium. On Friday the prize giving ceremony will start at about 06.30 p.m. Meeting point on Saturday for all athletes involved (ranks 1-6) is ‘town hall’ Sonthofen at 06.25 p.m. Special parking and a warm lounge with snacks and drinks is available for the teams at the town hall. Prize Money The prize money will be paid by bank transfer. Draw of starting numbers The draw takes place on Friday and Saturday at the Rathausplatz Sonthofen. On Friday the draw starts at 6.30 p.m. Meeting point is ‘town hall’ Sonthofen at 06.25 p.m. Saturday the draw for the slalom starts directly after the prize giving ceremony for the giant slalom. Im unteren Stadionbereich (Grundschule Ofterschwang) steht ein Aufenthaltsraum mit Verpflegung und WLANZugang zur Verfügung. Am Start (Weltcup-Hütte) befindet sich ein Aufenthaltsbereich mit neuer Athleten Lounge. In der Athleten Lounge bieten wir u.a. folgende Service-Leistungen an: Chill-Out-Zone (Relax-Liegen, MP3-Player mit Musik, Kaminfeueratmosphäre), Game-Zone (Playstation, Tischfussball, Spinning Räder) und Info-Zone (TV, iPad, WLAN). Für die Mannschaftsführer der jeweiligen Teams liegen die Akkreditierungen dort ab dem 07.03.2013 zur Abholung bereit. Allgemeine Bestimmungen Vertragsgrundlage Die Anforderungen an den Zustand und die Sicherheitsmaßnahmen der Renn- und Trainingsstrecken richten sich nach den jeweils gültigen Bestimmungen der internationalen Wettkampfordnung (IWO) des Internationalen Skiverbandes (FIS), dem jeweils gültigen Reglement und Austragungsmodus des Alpinen Weltcups und der jeweils gültigen Vereinbarung (Pflichtenheft) zwischen Organisationskomitee und der FIS, wobei die Anordnungen der jeweiligen Jury maßgebend sind. Jeder Teilnehmer verpflichtet sich, eigene Bemängelungen der Jury vorzutragen. Mit seinem Start gibt der Wettkämpfer zu erkennen, dass der gegebene Pistenzustand und die vorhandenen Sicherheitsvorkehrungen als geeignet und ausreichend anerkannt werden. Eine darüber hinausgehende Haftung für einen bestimmten Pistenzustand oder bestimmte Sicherheitsvorkehrungen übernimmt der Veranstalter nicht.

The fist area in the lower stadium area (school building) with snacks and beverages and also WLAN access. At the start area (Weltcup Hütte) there is a Team Area with new Athletes Lounge. In the Athletes Lounge we offer the following services: Chill-Out-Zone (relax chairs, MP3 player with music, fireplace atmosphere), Game-Zone (Playstation, table soccer, spinning bikes) and Info-Zone (TV, iPad, WLAN). From 7th of March the accreditations can be picked up there by the team captain. General Regulations Terms of contract The requirements concerning the condition and safety precaution of the race and training tracks go by the separate rules according to the current regulations of the International Ski Competitions Rules (ICR) of the International Ski Federation (FIS), the specific regulations and ways of holding the Alpine World Cup and the specific agreement among the Organizing Committee and the FIS whereas the ruling of the jury applies. Every participant is obliged to report any faults to the jury. Upon starting every competitor confirms that he has acknowledges the race course and safety precautions as adequate and sufficient. Over and above the organizer is not responsible for particular faults in the course and security.

Einzelzimmer gemäß Reglement und Vollpension inkl. eines alkoholfreien Getränks pro Mahlzeit) für die startenden Wettkämpfer. Kostenübernahme Die Anzahl der Übernachtungen basiert auf den gelaufenen Disziplinen und richtet sich nach dem Reglement. Zusätzliche Übernachtungen während der gemäß Reglement definierten Periode, welche gemäß Reglement nicht vom OK übernommen werden müssen, dürfen den Wettkämpfer max. CHF 100,– kosten (Basis Doppel- bzw. Einzelzimmer gemäß Reglement und Vollpension inkl. eines alkoholfreien Getränks pro Mahlzeit). Wettkämpfer, welche sich nicht für freie Unterkunft qualifiziert haben, müssen für Unterkunft und Verpflegung max. CHF 100,– bezahlen (Basis Doppel- bzw. Einzelzimmer gemäß Reglement und Vollpension inkl. eines alkoholfreien Getränks pro Mahlzeit). Mannschaftsoffizielle Die Anzahl der Mannschaftsoffiziellen ist genau definiert und richtet sich gemäß Reglement nach der Anzahl der Athleten pro Disziplin. Bei Nutzung von Doppelzimmern als Einzel, außerhalb des Reglements, muss der Zimmerpreis gezahlt werden. Kurzfristige Stornierungen müssen mit 80% bezahlt werden (Beherbergungsvertrag DEHOGA). Übrige Offizielle Übersteigt die Zahl der gemeldeten Offiziellen die reglementierte Maximalanzahl (siehe Mannschaftsoffizielle), so wird für diese Personen der zwischen dem OK und der Hotellerie vereinbarte Sonderpreis verrechnet (gemäß Kontingentsvertrag). Team Family & Friends Personen, die über die nationalen Verbände gemeldet, aber nicht akkreditiert werden, z.B. Verwandte und Freunde von Athleten oder weitere Offizielle, bezahlen den im jeweiligen Hotel vorgesehenen Normalpreis. Mahlzeiten Sämtliche Mahlzeiten (Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen) werden in den jeweiligen Hotels eingenommen bzw. in den angegebenen Häusern. Bei Programmänderungen können die Teams Ausnahmeregelungen mit den Hotels vereinbaren. Abrechnung Teams Die Abrechnung erfolgt nach dem Reglement der FIS. Absorption of costs The number of overnights depends on the disciplines competed in and will be based on the FIS rules. Additional overnights within the event period as defined in the regulations, that are not covered by the Organizing Committee accordant to the regulations will incur a maximum charge of CHF 100,– per night per athlete (based on accommodation in a single or double room as per regulations, and including full board with one non alcoholic beverage per meal). Athletes who do not qualify for free accommodation will be charged at the most CHF 100,– per night (based on accommodation in a single or double room as per regulations, and including full board with one non alcoholic beverage per meal). Team Officials The number of team officials is clearly defined in the regulations according to the number of athletes per discipline. When using a double as a single room, beyond the regulations, the published room rate must be paid. In case of short term cancellation 80% of the rate must be paid (accommodation contract DEHOGA). Additional Officials Should the number of registered national ski officials exceed the maximum number as set out in the regulations (see team officials, above), accommodation for these persons will be charged at the special hotel rates negotiated with the OC (as per allotment contract). Team Family & Friends Persons registered by the national ski associations but who do not qualify for accreditation, such as athletes’ relatives and friends, additional officials, etc. will be required to pay the hotels published rack rate. Meals All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) will be taken at the various hotels or in the houses offered. In the event of a change of program, the teams may make special arrangements directly with the hotels. Team Accounting The accounting will be carried out according to the FIS regulations. Each nation should name one official representative at the race-office who is allowed to effect the accounting. Pendelbusse Die Pendelbusse fahren in regelmäßigen Abständen von den Auffangparkplätzen, vom Bahnhof Sonthofen und vom Bahnhof Fischen zum Skistadion Ofterschwang. Access to Ofterschwang During the World Cup the access by car to Ofterschwang is restricted. There is no public parking available. Public transportation Busses Public busses go at regular intervals to Sonthofen and Fischen (time tables see www.rva-bus.de ). From there free shuttle busses go to the stadium. Über 450 Freiwillige sind beim Weltcup im Einsatz Eine Sportgroßveranstaltung ist ohne den Einsatz und das Engagement von freiwilligen Helfern nicht mehr denkbar. Das Organisationskomitee in Ofterschwang ist deshalb besonders froh, dass sich über 450 Ehrenamtliche gemeldet haben, um bei der Vorbereitung, bei der Durchführung und auch beim Rückbau mitanzupacken.
