Akkreditierung Das Akkreditierungsbüro des Audi FIS Ski Cross Weltcup 2013 Grasgehren befindet sich im Haus des Gastes in Obermaiselstein. Die Akkreditierungen müssen ab dem 31.01.2013 im Stadion und auf dem Streckengelände des Weltcups gut sichtbar getragen werden. Die Akkreditierung ist Eigentum des Internationalen Skiverbandes (FIS) bzw. des Organisationskomitees und kann aus bestimmten Gründen jederzeit entzogen werden. Bei Zuwiderhandlung oder unrechtmäßiger Benutzung der Akkreditierung werden die Akkreditierung und die damit verliehenen Rechte durch den Organisator entzogen. Verlust oder Diebstahl der Akkreditierung Sollten Sie Ihre Akkreditierung verlieren oder sollte sie Ihnen gestohlen werden, melden Sie dies bitte unverzüglich der Akkreditierungszentrale im Haus des Gastes Obermaiselstein. Die Gebühr für die Ausstellung einer neuen Akkreditierung beläuft sich auf 20, - Euro. Akkreditierung

Accreditation The accreditation centre of the AUDI FIS Ski Cross World Cup 2013 Grasgehren is located in the ‘Haus des Gastes Obermaiselstein’. The accreditations have to be worn in a visible position at the stadium as well as beside the course from 31th January 2013 on. The accreditation pass is property of the International Ski Federation (FIS) and the OC and may be withdrawn for certain reasons at any time. Unauthorized or improper use of an accreditation pass may result in its confiscation with the rights assigned to its holder being revoked. Lost or stolen accreditation If your accreditation pass gets lost or has been stolen, please report the loss to the accreditation centre. The fee for issuing a new accreditation will be 20, - Euro. Rennbüro und Mannschaftsführersitzungen Das Rennbüro befindet sich im Haus des Gastes Obermaiselstein. Hier sind alle für die Teams relevanten Informationen, wie Start- und Ergebnislisten, Wetterberichte etc. verfügbar. Für jedes Team wird ein eigenes Postfach eingerichtet, in dem die aktuellsten Informationen hinterlegt werden. Zusätzlich befindet sich ein Sub-Rennbüro in der Walzengarage am Parkplatz der Skilifte Grasgehren. Die Mannschaftsführersitzungen finden im Haus des Gastes Obermaiselstein statt. Jeder Teilnehmer verpflichtet sich, eigene Bemängelungen der Jury vorzutragen. Mit seinem Start gibt der Wettkämpfer zu erkennen, dass der gegebene Pistenzustand und die vorhandenen Sicherheitsvorkehrungen als geeignet und ausreichend anerkannt werden. Eine darüber hinausgehende Haftung für einen bestimmten Pistenzustand oder bestimmte Sicherheitsvorkehrungen übernimmt der Veranstalter nicht.

Siegerpräsentation Unmittelbar nach den Wettbewerben finden die Siegerpräsentationen statt. Wir bitten alle beteiligten Athletinnen und Athleten (Platz 1-4), sich direkt nach Wettbewerbsende für die Ehrung bereit zu halten. Pressekonferenzen und Dopingkontrollen finden im Anschluss an die Siegerpräsentation statt. Siegerehrungen Die offizielle Siegerehrung (Award Ceremony) findet am Samstag um 20.00 Uhr am Haus des Gastes in Obermaiselstein (im Rahmen der Après Cross Party) und am Sonntag im Anschluss an das Rennen im Stadion statt. Treffpunkt am Samstag für die erfolgreichen Athleten/Athletinnen (Plätze 1-4) ist spätestens um 19.45 Uhr im Haus des Gastes Obermaiselstein (1. Obergeschoss). General Regulations The requirements concerning the condition and safety precaution of the race and training tracks go by the separate rules according to the current regulations of the International Ski Competitions Rules (ICR) of the International Ski Federation (FIS), the specific regulations and ways of holding the Ski Cross World Cup and the specific agreement among the Organizing Committee and the FIS whereas the ruling of the jury applies. Every participant is obliged to report any faults to the jury. Upon starting every competitor confirms that he has acknowledges the race course and safety precautions as adequate and sufficient. Over and above the organizer is not responsible for particular faults in the course and security.

Social event / Official Opening Ceremony / Prize Giving Ceremony During the AUDI FIS Ski Cross World Cup the “Après Cross Party” will take place in the Kurpark Obermaiselstein from 1st to 2nd February 2013. The official opening and the presentation of the teams (08.00 p.m.) takes place at the Kurpark on 1st February. On 2nd February (Saturday) the award ceremony will proceed there, too (08.00 p.m.).

Opening Ceremony and Team Presentation The Official Opening takes place on Friday at the “Haus des Gastes Obermaiselstein”. The opening ceremony starts at 08.00 pm. Meeting point is “Haus des Gastes Obermaiselstein” (1st Floor) at 07.45 pm. Winner Presentation The winner presentations will be held directly after the competitions. We ask all athletes involved (ranks 1-4) to keep ready for the ceremony right after the end of the competition. Press conferences and doping controls will be subsequent to the winner presentations. Prize Giving Ceremony On Saturday evening at 08.00 pm. the official prize giving ceremony is held on stage at the “Haus des Gastes Obermaiselstein”, on Sunday directly after the race at the stadium. Meeting point on Saturday for all athletes involved (ranks 1-4) is “Haus des Gastes Obermaiselstein” at 7.45 pm. Prize Money The prize money will be paid by bank transfer. Transport Parkplätze Für die Teams sind auf den Parkplätzen an der Talstation eine limitierte Anzahl reservierter Parkplätze vorhanden. Zufahrt Grasgehren Die Zufahrt ins Skigebiet Grasgehren ist mit dem PKW während des Weltcups nur bedingt möglich. Es stehen keine öffentlichen Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Achtung: bei Schneefall besteht am Riedberg-Pass „Schneeketten-Pflicht“. Hostbroadcaster & Media Der Hostbroadcaster des AUDI FIS Ski Cross Weltcup 2013 Grasgehren und für die Produktion verantwortlich ist das ZDF. Eine Vielzahl internationaler TV-Sender berichten teilweise live - vom Weltcup. Die internationale Koordination übernimmt Infront Sports. Insgesamt werden voraussichtlich 19 Kameras im Einsatz sein. RSA ist das offizielle Weltcup-Radio. Die Allgäuer Zeitung ist die offizielle Weltcup-Zeitung. Services from A-Z Doping-Control If there are doping controls the athletes will be accompanied after the winner presentation to the official press conference and subsequent to the doping control station (Mountain Rescue Building). Many international TV stations will send from the World Cup. The production is realised by ZDF. Responsible for the international coordination is Infront Sports. Total there are approximately 19 TV cameras in operation. ‘RSA’ is the official World Cup Radio. ‘Allgäuer Zeitung’ is the official World Cup Journal. Info-App Our new “Allgäu Weltcup” Information-App gives you a useful overview of the different competitions and events in the region Allgäu. For example you can find the timetables, information regarding to your arrival to the venues and so on. Moreover you will find the latest changes and results of the different events. Team Doctors The Team Doctors Meeting takes place directly after the first official course inspection on Thursday the 31st January at about 10.30 am at the finish area in Grasgehren. Toilets You will find toilets in the entrance area of the “Grasgehren-Hütte” (opposite of the media center) and beside the TV-Compound. WLAN WLAN is limited available. Please ask in the athlete lounge for the access code.
