Sergio Says… A Judge recently urged the famous pop star

MADONNA and her former husband GUY RITCHIE to avoid taking up any more of their son’s childhood with legal action, and pleaded with them to settle their battle out of court over the 15-year-old’s custody. Justice MacDonald further urged that all this time in legal battles would be far better spent enjoying the company of their son who is a very great credit to them both.

The dispute for custody over Rocco, their son, however seems to keep dragging along in both England and the United States. There is no real end in sight as both parties have a team of attorneys that are still vying for their clients’ parental rights, and costing them a fortune in legal fees for the ongoing litigation.

The root cause of this entire case is a breakdown of trust between the parents that would be better settled out of court, which reminds me of how critical it is to find and build a relationship with an attorney that cares more about his clients’ best interests than his own financial gain.
