Student Achievement Needs : Increase Teacher knowledge on STAAR based math activities and TEKS Updates. Establish consistency in the writing process by aligning grade levels. Increase the students' academic achievement in reading, math, science and language arts.

Strategies : Effective and Timely Assistance to Students: 1. Pathfinders will meet prior to the commencement of the 2018-2019 school year to create and plan a set of metacognitive strategies to be used vertically throughout 2nd through 5th grade. 2. Increase Writing Essay Contests one a month.

Demographics Needs : 1 All teachers need to familiarize themselves with their ELL, GT, SE, and Section 504 students and their academic history. This will enable them to identify their strengths and weaknesses and will ensure appropriate guided instruction and interventions based on RTI. 2 Tier II process should be utilized and team collaboration should take place as part of the interventions being provided. 3 Narrow the Language Barrier Gap

Strategies : Coordination and Integration of Services: 1 Increase content based and drill activities through Physical Education Program for 504, SpEd, ELL and GT students. 2 Implement DOL PreK-5th to improve vocabulary development and language skills for ELL, SpEd, 504 and GT students. 3 Implement Spiral Testing in Reading and Math for 1st and 2nd grade students. 4 Implement RTI block of time for Reading instruction. 5 Implement RTI grade level team planning during Tier II.

Financially support current web -based technology educational programs such as Brain-POP, Reading Plus Headphone sets, ELMO cameras, Accelerated Reader, Study Island, EDUSmart, Istation, United Streaming, V-Brick, Reading 4.0, Lexia, Mindplay Virtual Reading Coach, V-Brick, Tumble Books, and Education Galaxy

Strategies : Initiatives/Activities addressing the identified needs: 1 Incorporate PLC's and TEKS study to the Grade Level Meetings to address technology. 2 Provide adequate training for teachers to utilize Flat Panel devices. 3 Teachers utilize the ITT for support in educational technology.

Incrementar la asistencia del personal. 3. Incrementar el comportamiento positivo de los estudiantes en las areas comunes como pasillos, cafeteria, recreo, y gimnasio. 4. Incrementar comunicacion con todo el personal.

Strategies : 1. Promover asistencia de alumnos por medio de celebraciones y reconocimientos a las clases con mayor asistencia con fiesta de palomitas para la clase, banderines de asistencia, al igual que otros incentivos cada tres a seis semanas. 2. Incentivos de asistencia para maestros como salida temprano, rifas, y estacionamiento preferencial. 3. Promover e incrementar el buen comportamiento de alumnos por medio de incentivos. 4. La implementacion constante del programa de buen comportamiento PBIS al igual que las expectativas, recompensas, y consequencias durante el transcurso del ano escolar. 5. Reconocimiento de alumnos y personal por medio del altavoz escolar. 6. Incentivos por logos academicos al igual que por asistencia perfecta en periodos de seis semanas y anualmente. 7. Student Achievement Needs : Incrementar el conocimiento de maestros en actividades de matematicas utilizadas en STAAR al igual que actualizaciones en TEKS. Establecer consistencia en el proceso de escritura y alinear la ensenanza en todos los grados. Incrementar el rendimiento academico de los alumnos en lectura, matematicas, ciencias naturales y escritura.

Strategies : Apoyo efectivo y a tiempo para alumnos: 1. Lideres de grupo se reuniran previo al comienzo del ano escolar 2018-2019 para crear un plan estrategico para implementar estrategias metacognitivas de uso vertical entre los grados de segundo y quinto. 2. Incrementar concursos de ensayos de escritura a uno por mes.

Demographics Needs : 1 Todos los maestros deberan familiarizarse con todo el historial academico de sus alumnos pertenecientes a los programas de EL, GT, SE, y 504. Esto los abilitara para identificar sus debilidades y areas fuertes y asegurara la direccion academica apropiada e intervenciones basadas en RTI. 2 El proceso de nivel II debera ser utilizado y debera haber colaboracion de equipo como parte de las intervenciones proveidas. 3 Disminuir la barrera de la brecha del lenguage.

Strategies : Coordinacion e integracion de servicios: 1 Incrementar las actividades de contenido basico por medio de la educacion fisica a los alumnos de 504, Sp. ED., EL, y GT. 2 Implementar DOL en Pk-K-5th con el fin de incrementar el vocabulario y desarollar habilidades de lenguage para alumnos de EL, Sp. Ed., 504, y GT. 3 Implementar examenes en lectura y matematicas para primero y segundo grado. 4 Implementar bloques de tiempo de RTI para la instruccion de lectura. 5 Implementar planificacion de grupo para RTI durante el nivel II.

Alineacion vertical y horizontal entre los grados BOY, MOY, y EOY Desminucion de reportes diciplinarios.

Strategies : Strategias para atraer a maestros HQ: 1 Seguir los objetivos del programa PBIS consistentemente en problemas diciplinarios. 2 Incrementar las observaciones en los salones de clase para verificar las practicas utilizadas y sugerir ideas a los maestros. 3 Uniformidad atravez de los grados. 4 Los administradores proporcionaran apoyo en los salones de clase. 5 Apoyo economico para maestros sustitutos que le permitan al lider de grupo hacer observaciones.
