Serum/Plasma Serum und Plasma Proben können Rheumafaktoren und heterophyle Antikörper enthalten. Diese stellen eine potenzielle Interferenz dar, welche bei Sandwich Immunoassays zu falsch positiven Ergebnissen führen können. Daher empfehlen wir eine Probenvorbehandlung der Serum und Plasma Proben mit 5% (v/v) Anti Interferenzreagenz (Immundiagnostik Artikelnummer K 9212) wie folgt: • 10 µl Anti Interferenzreagenz + 200 µl Probe • 1 Stunde bei 4 °C schütteln
