Temperature controlled (29ºC) fermentation on the skins of de-stemmed grapes. Long maceration between 21 and 28 days. Malolactic fermentation, clarification and fining. Ageing process: 3 months in 225L American oak barrels.

Tasting notes Colour: Deep black cherry red with violet highlights. Aromas: Powerful fruity aromas with notes of cherries and red fruits. Taste: Full bodied and well balanced with rich complex flavours on palate. Long finish, round and smooth.
