A precondition for this is that you have an official disabled person’s pass. With non-German documents, you can enquire about validity at the Information desk. Important: The free exit ticket will only be issued on the day of the return flight directly at the information desk – the boarding ticket also needs to be presented. Please understand that it is not possible to reimburse you at a later stage.

There is a stopping, loading and unloading area for buses and suppliers at arrivals (level 0). Please follow the route to underground car park P1 and bear right. Suppliers are required to register via the help point – buses take a ticket allowing them to use the bus lane for a fee of €1 per 10 minutes. Fluggästen mit Behinderungen bietet der Dortmund Airport die Möglichkeit, in den Parkhäusern (P1 und P2) auf den ausgewiesenen Flächen kostenlos zu parken. Voraussetzung hierfür ist ein Schwerbehindertenausweis mit den Merkzeichen „aG“ (außergewöhnlich gehbehindert), „Bl“ (blind), „H“ (hilflos) oder „B“ (ständige Begleitung erforderlich).

Für Reisebusse und Lieferanten gibt es eine Haltefläche bzw. Be und Entladezone auf der Ankunftsebene (Ebene 0). Passengers arriving at the airport by taxi can ask the taxi to drop them off directly in front of the terminal in the Kiss & Fly zone at departures (level 1). It is then just a short walk to the checkin counters and airport security. Mit dem Taxi | By Taxi

Anreisende Fluggäste kann das Taxi direkt vor dem Terminal in der sogenannten Kiss & Fly-Zone auf der Abflugebene (Ebene 1) absetzen. Von dort ist es nur noch ein kurzer Weg zu den Check-in-Schaltern und der Sicherheitskontrolle. Abreisende Passagiere finden den Taxistand auf der Ankunftsebene (Ebene 0) direkt neben dem Ausgang Ost.

The car rental desks can be found on the arrivals level (level 0). Rental cars are also situated on the arrivals level, in car park P1. Cars are also returned on level 0 – the parking areas of the various car rental companies are signposted. If you return a car outside the rental company’s office hours, you can drop the car key and documentation in the locker of the appropriate company at the eastern exit (Ausgang Ost) on level 0, in the immediate vicinity of the taxi rank outside the terminal building.

Dortmund Airport is located to the east of the Ruhr Area, can be reached quickly by all major roads and has good links from all directions. It can be conveniently accessed via the A40 (B1) and A44. As Dortmund Airport is not located within a low-emission zone, you do not require an emissions certificate for your vehicle. When you arrive at the airport, over 5,100 parking spaces are available at prices starting from €2 per hour.

Exklusiv Parken am Dortmund Airport: Nutzen Sie den neuen Priority Parking-Bereich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Terminals. Der überdachte und schnell überschaubare Parkplatz verfügt über eine begrenzte Anzahl extra breiter Parkboxen – die lästige Parkplatzsuche entfällt hier. Parkplatzsuchende profitieren zudem von den besonders kurzen Wegen zum Terminal. Die Priority Parkplätze sind ab 39,00 Euro am Tag zu haben. Die Einfahrt befindet sich in direkter Nähe zur Tiefgarage P1 auf der Ankunftsebene (Ebene 0). Exclusive parking at Dortmund Airport: Make use of the new priority parking area in close proximity to the terminal. This relatively small, covered car park offers a limited number of extra-wide parking spaces, putting an end to bothersome searching for a parking spot. Moreover, motorists parking here also benefit from the short distances to the terminal. The priority parking spaces are available from €39.00 a day. The entrance is situated close to the P1 underground car park on the Arrivals level (level 0).
