A “Cool Vox” Blue-Tooth Speaker System (Figure 1) is shipped in a box inside the RC compartment. It is an accessory and works independently from the refrigerator. It is a speaker system that pairs with the customer’s Blue-Tooth device. Whirlpool does not service this product. If the product does not function, the customer must refer to the information shipped with the Cool Vox speaker system and use the troubleshooting guide to determine whether the problem is the speaker system or the Blue-Tooth device it pairs with. If it is determined the problem is the Cool Vox speaker system, customer service, 1-800-253-1301 (USA) or 1-800-807-6777 (Canada) must be contacted for assistance and vendor repair. Note: Whirlpool will not honor any claim for repair on the “Cool Vox” speaker system only repairs related directly to the refrigerator.

Un système de haut-parleurs “Cool Vox” compatible Bluetooth (Figure 1) est fourni dans un coffret à l’intérieur du compartiment réfrigérateur. Il s’agit d’un accessoire qui fonctionne indépendamment du réfrigérateur. Ce système de hautparleurs peut être associé à un appareil compatible Bluetooth du client. Whirlpool ne prend pas en charge les interventions sur ce produit. Si le produit ne fonctionne pas, le client doit se reporter aux informations fournies avec le système de haut-parleurs Cool Vox et consulter le guide de dépannage pour déterminer si le problème concerne le système de haut-parleurs ou l’appareil Bluetooth auquel il est associé. S’il est avéré que le problème concerne le système de haut-parleurs Cool Vox, il convient de contacter le service clientèle au numéro 1-800-253-1301 (États-Unis) ou 1-800-807-6777 (Canada) pour les questions d’assistance et de réparation par le fournisseur. Remarque : Whirlpool ne prend en charge aucune réclamation de réparation sur le système de haut-parleurs “Cool Vox”, mais seulement les réparations sous garantie directement liées au réfrigérateur.

Se envía un sistema de parlantes con Blue-Tooth “Cool Vox” (Figura 1) en una caja dentro del compartimiento del refrigerador. Es un accesorio y funciona de manera independiente del refrigerador. Es un sistema de parlantes que se acopla con el dispositivo Blue-Tooth del cliente. Whirlpool no presta servicio técnico para este producto. Si el producto no funciona, el cliente debe consultar la información enviada con el sistema de parlantes Cool Vox y usar la guía de solución de problemas para determinar si el problema es el sistema de parlantes o el dispositivo Blue-Tooth que se acopla. Si se determina que el problema es el sistema de parlantes Cool Vox, se debe poner en contacto con el servicio al cliente llamando al 1-800-253-1301 (EE.UU.) o al 1-800-807-6777 (Canadá) para obtener asistencia y reparación por parte del vendedor. Nota: Whirlpool no aceptará ningún reclamo por reparación del sistema de parlantes “Cool Vox” exclusivamente. La garantía cubrirá reparaciones relacionadas directamente con el refrigerador.
