Terms of use for participation in the Bosch ride sharing network in the web portal of flinc AG.

Subject, Objective, Purpose
flinc is an open online portal and an app for the flexible, automated and free matching process for ride sharing. It is being operated by flinc AG, Ludwigshafen/Rhein in Germany. Robert Bosch GmbH uses flinc to support ride sharing within the company. A closed area / premium group was set up within the flinc portal in which the associates of Robert Bosch GmbH have the possibility to form company internal carpools (in this document called Bosch ride sharing network). The provision of this closed area and the associated services is a voluntary offer of Robert Bosch GmbH which can be used for business related and for private purposes. A right regarding the preservation of this service will not be justified in the future. Bosch does not assume any responsibility for the legality of the content in the flinc Portal, as well as for the proper processing of your personal data by the flinc AG.
2 2.1
Definitions User group
All Bosch associates in Germany are allowed to participate in the Bosch ride sharing network. In the case of private use of flinc, the operational rules for private use of work equipment according to KBV 10.45 must be observed.
2.2
Sign up procedure
Employees register directly via https://flinc.org/bosch for the flinc portal and the integrated Bosch ride sharing network. During the sign up procedure the associate is requested to enter the Bosch e-mail address, name and a password. No Bosch password shall be used! Furthermore the general terms and conditions of flinc AG and these terms of use for the Bosch ride sharing network must be agreed to. Associates without Bosch e-mail address can still use the Bosch ride sharing network by first signing up with a private e-mail address and requesting access to the Bosch ride sharing network (premium group) later. In this case they need to contact one of the administrators listed on the homepage https://flinc.org/bosch to help them verify that they are Bosch associates.

General rules
Participation in flinc is voluntary. This means in particular that the use of flinc cannot be mandated by the supervisor. Within the Bosch ride sharing network, only rides offered or searched by associates of Robert Bosch GmbH will be displayed and suggested. It is also possible to offer and search rides in the public part of the flinc portal by changing the privacy settings (https://flinc.org/user/settings). Participants in a business trip may only be employees of the Bosch Group who are also on a business trip. Business trips have to be offered as free rides. Relevant Bosch travel guidelines must be observed.

Sign off procedure
If an associate leaves the company, he is obliged to also leave the Bosch ride sharing network. This can be done by just leaving the Bosch ride sharing network (Bosch groups in flinc) and keeping a private account with a private e-mail address or by completely deleting the account in the flinc portal.
2.5
Privacy policy
For being able to use flinc it is only necessary to state name, e-mail address, password and phone number. Providing additional personal data (profile picture, address, etc.) is voluntary. All personal data that the associate provides when using the Bosch ride sharing network is entered directly on the flinc portal and processed and stored by flinc AG. The privacy policy of flinc AG can be found on https://flinc.org/privacypolicy?l=en. Designated Bosch administrators for the Bosch ride sharing network (Bosch main group in flinc) as well as for individual sites (Bosch location groups in flinc) have extended permissions on the flinc portal. They can administer the membership list (like admitting or removing members) as well as creating anonymous reports on the usage behavior (like the development over time of number of members, offered or arranged carpools).
