SPEED, ACTION: RESULTS! MOTIVATION, PURPOSE: CAREER DEVELOPMENT JUNE 17TH, 2016

SPEED, ACTION: RESULTS!

Speed is always key in business. For this reason we run our series Speed, Action: Results! during which you get sharpened, concentrated information on one relevant topic. We tackle current topics and provide both valuable and practical content during one day only – including fantastic networking opportunities. Join in and profit from cutting edge inputs.

WHAT WILL BE ADDRESSED?

Many people believe that leaders need to motivate their employees. Is that really true? Where does motivation come from? What is your motivation to pursue your career development? According to Daniel Pink there are three major factors, which motivate people to do what they do: autonomy, mastery and purpose. Through highly interactive workshops amongst the participants you will discuss your key talents and needs based on the Hierarchy of Motivation. At the end of the day you will have established your personal purpose statement, the most important step in your career development.
