Règlement du Concours Photo: Montreux Riviera « Winter Photo Contest »
1. Le concours est organisé par Montreux-Vevey Tourisme. Il se déroule du 1er décembre 2016 au 28 février 2017. 2. Le concours consiste à prendre une ou plusieurs photos de Montreux Riviera (Villeneuve à Lutry) lors de la saison hivernale et de la ou les publier :
soit sur Instagram avec le hashtag #montreuxrivierawinter
soit via l'application présente sur la page Facebook de Montreux Riviera - Pure Inspiration (uniquement via un ordinateur)
soit en téléchargement direct sur la page du concours
3. Un jury constitué de collaborateurs de Montreux-Vevey Tourisme désignera les vainqueurs des prix du jury. Le gagnant du Grand Prix du Public sera désigné par ce même jury parmi les 10 photos ayant récolté le plus grand nombre de votes sur la page officielle du concours : https://pro.iconosquare.com/detail/fr/montreuxriviera Les gagnants seront prévenus de la manière suivante, courant du mois de mars 2017 : - Instagram >> en commentaire de leur photo - Facebook et téléchargement direct >> via la messagerie communiquée lors de la participation Les personnes ayant posté leurs photos via l’application Facebook ou en téléchargement direct, acceptent que leurs données (nom, prénom, email etc.) soient utilisées par Montreux-Vevey Tourisme. 4. Les prix :

Aucune réclamation ne sera acceptée. 5. Montreux-Vevey Tourisme se réserve le droit en tout temps de modifier le présent règlement et d'exclure des photographies et ce, sans justification. En postant et partageant vos photos avec le hashtag du concours #montreuxrivierawinter, en participant via l’application Facebook ou en chargeant directement vos photos, vous donnez les droits d'utilisation de vos images à Montreux-Vevey Tourisme pour toutes actions. MontreuxVevey Tourisme pourra contacter les participants, afin d’obtenir leurs photos en haute résolution pour une utilisation promotionnelle de la destination. 6. Collecte d’informations – Loi informatique et libertés 1) Les données nominatives et de contact recueillies dans le cadre de la participation au jeu sont enregistrées et utilisées par l´organisateur pour les nécessités de leur participation et à l´attribution de leurs gains. Les participants pourront demander à ne pas figurer ou être retirés du fichier à tout moment, ils bénéficieront d’un droit d’accès de rectification et de radiation des données les concernant sur simple demande à l’adresse du concours (
[email protected]). 2) Les personnes qui exerceront le droit de radiation des données les concernant avant la fin du jeu déclarent par ce fait renoncer à leur participation.
7. Cas de force majeure / réserves 1) La responsabilité de l´organisateur ne saurait être encourue si, pour un cas de force majeure ou indépendant de sa volonté, le concours devait être modifié, écourté ou annulé. 2) L´organisateur se réserve le droit de procéder à toute vérification qu´il jugera utile, relative au respect du règlement, notamment pour écarter tout participant ayant effectué une déclaration inexacte ou mensongère ou fraudée. 3) L'organisateur du concours « Montreux-Vevey Tourisme » est déchargé de toute responsabilité. 4) Chaque participant engage sa propre responsabilité. 5) Les collaborateurs de Montreux-Vevey Tourisme et de ses partenaires impliqués dans ce concours ne sont pas autorisés à participer.
8. Litiges 1) Toute difficulté d’application ou d’interprétation du règlement sera tranchée exclusivement par l´organisateur. 2) Le for juridique se trouve à Vevey (Vaud, Suisse).
Photo Competition Rules: Montreux Riviera « Winter Photo Contest »
1. The competition is organised by Montreux-Vevey Tourisme. It will take place from 1st December 2016 to 28 February 2017. 2. The competition is about taking one or several photos of the Montreux Riviera (Villeneuve to Lutry) during the winter season and then publishing them:
either on Instagram with the hashtag #montreuxrivierawinter
or via the application presented on the Facebook page Montreux Riviera - Pure Inspiration (only via a computer)
or by directly uploading it on the competition page
3. The jury comprised of employees of Montreux‐Vevey Tourisme will select the winners of the jury prizes. The winner of the Public Grand Prize will be selected by the same jury from among the 10 photos that receive the highest number of votes on the official page of the competition: https://pro.iconosquare.com/detail/en/montreuxriviera The winners will be notified as follows, during the month of March 2017: - Instagram >> in a comment below their photo - Twitter >> as a reply to their tweet - Facebook and direct upload >> via the mail communicated during the participation The persons who posted their photos via the Facebook application or by directly uploading accept that their details (surname, first name, e-mail, etc.) will be used by Montreux-Vevey Tourisme. 4. No claim will be accepted. 5. Montreux‐Vevey Tourisme reserves the right to modify the existing rules and exclude photographs, etc. without any justification. By posting and sharing your photos with the competition hashtag #montreuxrivierawinter, by participating via the Facebook application or by directly uploading your photos your grant the rights to Montreux‐Vevey Tourisme to use your images for all activities Montreux‐Vevey Tourisme may contact the participants in order to obtain their photos in high resolution to use them to promote the destination. 6. Information collection – data protection and privacy legislation The personal data collected from entrants will be stored and used by the organiser for the purposes of their participation. Entrants may ask at any time for their data to be excluded or removed from files, and they have a right to demand that any data about them be amended or deleted by sending an email to the address (
[email protected]).
7. Force majeure and limitations of liability 1) The organiser shall not be held responsible if, in the event of a force majeure or external factors beyond its control, the experience has to be altered, shortened or cancelled. 2) The organiser reserves the right to carry out any checks that it deems appropriate for ensuring adherence to the rules, particularly so as to eliminate any entrants who have made inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent claims. 3) The organiser "Montreux-Vevey Tourisme" is exempt from any liability. 4) All entrants participate at their own risk. 5) The employees of Montreux‐Vevey Tourisme and its partner involved in this competition are not eligible to participate.
8. Disputes 1) Any disputes concerning application or interpretation of the rules shall be resolved solely by the organiser. 2) The place of jurisdiction is Vevey (Vaud, Switzerland).
Reglement des Foto-Wettbewerbs Montreux Riviera « Winter Photo Contest »
1. Der Wettbewerb wird von Montreux‐Vevey Tourisme organisiert. Er findet vom 1. Dezember 2016 bis zum 28. Februar 2017 statt. 2. Wer daran teilnehmen möchte, muss während der Wintersaison ein oder mehrere Fotos von der Region Montreux Riviera, die sich von Villeneuve bis Lutry erstreckt, schiessen und veröffentlichen:
entweder auf Instagram mit dem Hashtag #montreuxrivierawinter
oder über die App auf der Facebook-Seite von Montreux Riviera - Pure Inspiration (nur von einem PC aus möglich)
oder durch Hochladen auf der Wettbewerbsseite
3. Eine Jury aus Mitarbeitern von Montreux‐Vevey Tourisme wird die Gewinner der Jurypreise bestimmen. Diese Jury ermittelt auch den oder die Gewinner/-in des Grossen Publikumspreises aus den 10 Fotos, die auf der offiziellen Wettbewerbsseite die meisten Stimmen erhalten haben: https://pro.iconosquare.com/detail/de/montreuxriviera Die Gewinner werden im März 2017 folgendermassen benachrichtigt: - Instagram >> per Kommentar zu ihrem Foto - Twitter >> per Antwort auf ihren Tweet - Facebook und Upload auf Wettbewerbsseite >> an die bei der Teilnahme übermittelten Kontaktdaten Teilnehmer, die ihre Fotos mithilfe der Facebook-App oder direkt auf der Wettbewerbsseite veröffentlichen, geben damit ihre Einwilligung, dass ihre Daten (Name, Vorname, E-MailAdresse usw.) von Montreux-Vevey Tourisme genutzt werden. 4. Reklamationen werden nicht akzeptiert. 5. Montreux-Vevey Tourisme behält sich das Recht vor, dieses Reglement jederzeit zu ändern und Fotografien ohne Angabe von Gründen vom Wettbewerb auszuschliessen. Durch das Posten und Teilen Ihrer Fotos unter Hinzufügung des Hashtags des Wettbewerbs (#montreuxrivierawinter), durch die Teilnahme per Facebook-App oder durch das Hochladen Ihrer Fotos übertragen Sie die Nutzungsrechte bezüglich Ihrer Bilder für alle Massnahmen an Montreux-Vevey Tourisme. Montreux‐Vevey Tourisme darf zu den Wettbewerbsteilnehmern Kontakt aufnehmen, um sie um ihre Fotos in hoher Auflösung zu bitten und diese für Werbemassnahmen für die Destination zu verwenden.
6. Erfassung von Daten – Datenschutz Die im Rahmen der Abenteuerteilnahme erfassten personenbezogenen Daten werden gespeichert und vom Organisator für die Abwicklung der Abenteuerteilnahme genutzt. Die Teilnehmer können jederzeit beanspruchen, nicht in der Datensammlung aufgeführt oder aus der Datensammlung gestrichen zu werden. Sie haben das Recht auf Zugang zu und Richtigstellung sowie Löschung der sie betreffenden Daten. Dazu ist eine einfache Anfrage an die folgende E-Mail-Adresse zu senden: (
[email protected]). 7. Höhere Gewalt / Vorbehalte a. Der Organisator haftet nicht in Fällen, in denen der Abenteuer aufgrund von höherer Gewalt oder von Ereignissen, die ohne seinen Willen eintreten, geändert, verkürzt oder abgebrochen werden muss. b. Der Organisator behält sich das Recht vor, von ihm als zweckdienlich erachtete Überprüfungen in Bezug auf die Einhaltung des Reglements durchzuführen, insbesondere um Teilnehmer auszuschliessen, die eine fehlerhafte, falsche oder betrügerische Erklärung abgegeben haben. c. Der Organisator «Montreux‐Vevey Tourisme» übernimmt keine Haftung. d. Jeder Teilnehmer nimmt auf eigene Verantwortung am Wettbewerb teil. e. Die Mitarbeiter von Montreux‐Vevey Tourisme sowie von dessen an diesem Wettbewerb beteiligten Partnern sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen.
8. Streitfälle a. Schwierigkeiten bei der Anwendung oder Auslegung des Reglements werden ausschliesslich vom Organisator entschieden. b. Gerichtsstand ist Vevey (Waadt, Schweiz).
