Anti-Bullying Program Locust students will participate in an AntiBullying Presentation given by Turning Point on Wednesday 2/27 and Thursday 2/28. The presentation will talk about what a bully is and how to deal with a bully.

We have had a great week learning about farms and farm animals leading up to Farm Day. Locust anxiously awaited the arrival of baby chicks that hatched right in our Locust Office! Having chicks hatch just about every day this week had everyone chirping. We want to express a big “Thank you!” to all of our wonderful volunteers for giving their time and sharing their talents to make Farm Day fun and educational. Thank you also to all our parent volunteers. And another huge thank you to our local farmers that allowed us to visit and learn more about daily life on the farm: Bachleda Chicken Farm Grace Farm Mueller Dairy Farm Coral Ridge Stables Weidner Hog Farm

PBIS Sports Day

Our next PBIS reward day is Sports Day on Friday, March 1st. Students will have fun playing sports in both gyms and dress in their favorite sports gear! Students must stay on green or better 14/17 days.

DIA DE GRANJA Tuvimos una gran semana aprendiendo de granjas y animales de granja en preparación para Día de Granja. Locust ansiosamente espero la llegada de polluelos que salieron de sus cascarones en nuestra oficina! ¡Tenían a todos emocionados! Queremos darles las gracias a todos los maravillosos voluntarios por dar su tiempo y talento para crear un día de granja divertido y educacional y a los padres voluntarios.
