The philosophy of the Spa
To create a place of personal wellbeing and health to all the thouse attending the installations of TAU Sports, Health and Wellness Spa. To ensure this please read our guidelines before attending the SPA.
Reservations
Bookings for treatment should be made at least 24 hours in advance, directly at the Sports, Health, Wellness & Spa reception.
Time of arrival
For your own comfort, we suggest you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment and register your data in the reception of TAU Sports, Wellness & Spa. Changes and cancellations To cancel a treatment please advise us at least 24 hours beforehand. Failure to advise us of cancellation will result in a full treatment charge.
Changing rooms
For your comfort, during the treatments, you may use the clothes which are most comfortable for you, however you must use the bathrobe inside the hydrotherapy circuit.

Cambios y cancelaciones
Si precisa cancelar su tratamiento se require al menos 24 horas de preaviso. En caso contrario se le realizará el cargo del 1005 del tratamiento.
Vestuario
Para su mayor confort, durante los tratamientos podrá cer uso de la ropa que le sea más cómoda para usted, siendo necesaria la utilización de ropa de baño en el circuito de hidroterapia.
