Ein Sicherheitsnetz für aktiven Gebäudeschutz Ein ABZ Diesel-Generator ist die intelligente Ergänzung zum vorhandenen Netzanschluss – in kritischen Situationen springt er einfach ein. Bei Stromausfall übernimmt der Generator innerhalb von 10 –15 Sekunden automatisch die Stromversorgung. USV-Anlagen bieten einen unverzichtbaren Schutz gegen unmittelbare Netzstörungen und damit verbundene Gefahren, z. B. Datenverlust. Bei Stromausfall überbrückt die USV-Anlage unterbrechungsfrei bis das Dieselaggregat die Stromversorgung, selbst für längere Zeit, übernimmt.

Die Kompaktanlagen installieren wir in modifizierte Standard-ISO-Container. Selbstverständlich bieten wir bei Bedarf für den Seetransport ein CSC-Plakette für den modifizierten Container an.

Wir fertigen mobile Aggregate auf jede Art von Fahrgestell, das der Straßenverkehrsordnung entspricht. Auf Wunsch übernehmen wir auch die TÜV-Abnahme des Anhängers. Spezielle Gehäuse schützen die Anlagen vor Staub und Feuchtigkeit und sorgen für geringe Schallemissionen. Wetter- und Schallschutzgehäuse fertigen wir ganz nach individuellem Kundenbedarf und Anforderung des Einsatzortes.

Deswegen erfolgt neben der Planung, Auslegung, Konstruktion und Herstellung auch die strenge Qualitätskontrolle direkt bei uns im Haus. Jede Maschine prüfen wir vor ihrer Auslieferung sorgfältig auf den werkseigenen Prüfständen. Umfangreiche Belastungstests und die annähernde Simulation der späteren Betriebsbedingungen gewährleisten perfekte Ergebnisse. Alle ABZ-Aggregate entsprechen internationalen Normen wie ISO, DIN, VDE, BS, etc. Seit 1996 sind wir nach DIN EN ISO 9001 zertifiziert und als Fachbetrieb nach § 19 WHG berechtigt, Tankanlagen zu montieren.
