1. A cancellation or modification of your booking without any charges is possible until 14 days prior to your arrival and has to be confirmed by Suvretta Snowsports School. Cancellations or modifications later than 14 days will be charged 50% of the total value. For changes/cancellations of bookings made less than 24 hours before the lessons full costs will be charged. We recommend completing a travel cancellation insurance (www.elvia.ch). 2. In principal, our snowsport instructors teach in all weathers. Lessons are neither given nor charged for only if the weather or snow conditions make skiing impossible. This decision is taken by the Ski School management. 3. Any travel expenses incurred additionally by the snowsport instructor will be calculated according to the tariff (information from the Ski School). 4. The Ski School does not accept responsibility for any arrangements made directly with a snowsport instructor. 5. We kindly ask you to make any complaints concerning ski and snowboard lessons direct to the Ski School management. 6. We have taken note of your instructors request. However, we take the liberty of changements in case of any uncontrollable circumstances. 7. Group lessons taking place from up 4 participants. Liability: The Ski School cannot be held liable for any accidents which occur during instruction or competitions. Tickets are not transferable and their cost can be claimed back only in the case of accident or illness, on production of a certificate from a local doctor. No refunds can be given for unused tickets or coupons.
