FUNKTION: - Mit dem Handgriff bringt man das Sägeband nah am Stück was zu sägen ist. Durch das drücken der Starttaste im Handgriff, aktioniert man die Rotation des Sägebandes und den automatischen Abgang. Am Prozessende kommt die Maschine zum stehen und kehrt zur Ausgangposition zurück wo die Starttaste gedrückt wurde. Jetzt kann der Bediener den Bogen hochschieben und auf ein anderes Stück zum schneiden positionieren

SEMI-AUTOMATIC CYCLE: Starting the cycle: - the vice closes and the motor starts - the head goes down to execute cut - motor stops - head returns to top position and vice opens. SEMI-AUTOMATIC/DYNAMIC CYCLE: This system increases and simplifies the use of the machine; it allows you to make odd cuts without the need of setting any parameter. FUNCTIONING: lowering the head manually, so as to position it just above the material, the semiautomatic cycle starts by pressing the “START” trigger switch on handle. At the end of the cycle the machine stops and returns up to the same position where the start had been given. At this point the operator can move the head so as to position it for another cut.
