Key Responsibilities
Scientist / Bioinformatician will work as part of the software R&D team. The individual will develop / support multiple research projects by delivering HLA data analysis and interpretation for bio-‐medical data from cutting-‐edge genomic technologies. • Validating Omixon genotyping and other algorithms • Participation in internal research projects, genotyping NGS data, focusing on cancer and immunogenetics • Data analysis: collaborative work with lab scientists whose projects profit from state-‐of-‐the-‐ art computational methods • Research and scientific activity: keep track of latest scientific achievements in immunology and HLA-‐related topics. Develop new prototypes to solve current problems • Software testing and development: developing cutting-‐edge software and analysis pipelines for genome data analysis with special focus on HLA loci

Strong genetics background – MSc, Ongoing or completed Ph.D. is preferred Experience in statistics Fluent English is a must Must be willing to learn Must be computer literate Team player

Experience in using bioinformatics tools, scripting Java programming experience Experience with tools used in software development (like SVN, Maven, JIRA etc.)
