To the Parents of:_____________________________ID #____________ According to the Home Language Survey, your child’s previous schooling experience, as well as an informal entry interview, it is determined that he/she be placed in the Program for the Acquisition of Language (PAL). The main objective of this program is to provide students with the necessary instruction to develop their English oral and written language so they may succeed in the English curriculum. PAL also includes instruction in Spanish. El propósito de este programa es de proveer a cada estudiante la instrucción necesaria para desarrollar el inglés oral y escrito para que tenga éxito en el plan de estudios general. PAL también incluye instrucción en español.
