Parent Association Contributions Dear Parent / Guardian: As the Parent Coordinator and on behalf of our Principal, I am proud to present our 2017-2018 Pelham Gardens Middle School Parent Association Executive Board. Letecia Stewart, President Vacant, Treasurer Vacant, Secretary The function of the Parent Association is to help parents become involved in their children’s education, share ideas, and enrich their school communities. This year our Parent Association will focus on fundraising, parent workshops and school trips to promote college and career readiness and positive social interaction for all students. Parent Association Meetings are scheduled for the second Thursday of each month. The meetings start at 6:30pm and end at 7:30pm. Meetings will be conducted in the auditorium on the following dates: September 14, 2017 October 14, 2017 November 9, 2017 December 14, 2017 January 13, 2018

You can support your Parent Association by attending and participating in all monthly meetings. We ask all parents to submit their annual contribution of $10.00. Any additional cash contributions are welcomed. You may bring your contribution to the next Parent Association Meeting, which will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2017 from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, or you can send your child with the slip below and the $10.00 in an envelope to be returned to the Parent Coordinator. Contribuciones para la Asociación de Padres Estimado Padre / Tutor: A medida que el Coordinador de Padres y en nombre de nuestro director, me siento orgulloso de presentar nuestra Asociación de Padres 2017-2018 Pelham Gardens Middle School Junta Ejecutiva.
