To apply for your visas: Please complete the Paraguay visa application that is provided on the Invitee Portal or found online at www.peacecorps.gov/ apply/passport-visa/. If you do not have the visa application, please e-mail
[email protected] to receive a new copy. The Consulate of Paraguay requires all visa applications to be submitted as original documents. Please do not submit scanned or copied applications. Please complete the application following the example on page three of this document. Print and complete 1 visa form. Sign and date page 2 of the visa form. Paperclip 1 - 2”x 2” photo (in addition to the 2 photos needed for your passport application) to your visa application. On the back of
all your photos, please print your name.
Mail your passport application, visa application, and passport photos to the address provided . You need to use a mailing service to send us your travel documents (i.e. DHL, UPS, or Fed Ex). Please remember to retain your tracking number.

EN EL CASO DE MENORES DE EDAD, LA SOLICITUD DEBE SER FIRMADA POR AMBOS PADRES Y PRESENTADA JUNTO CON EL CERTIFICADO DE NACIMIENTO DEL MENOR.
