Schritt 1 — PANASONIC NR B 53 V1 Water Dispenser at Fridge

Warning: Bevore working at it unplug the Power. Here you can see the plastic tube from where the water comes. it is clipped in a claer plastic shape



OPen the two clips an pull it down and shake it a little so teh tube can get out of it.



This clear plastic is fragile, be careful or the clips may break.





If you don't want to clean it you can skip this step. i used citric acid and a brush to clean it from calc.

Schritt 3



How to open - three steps: First step: remove the TWO PH2 screws on left and right sides. They have same length.



Second step: PULL the complete display/touch-part for about one or two centimeters. rattel and shake a liitle because the flap to the icecrusher could be frosted.



Third step: Now pull it downwards and shake it a littlebit. On the left is the cable, it is not neccessary to unplug it. now turn around and you see the plastic from the lever.

Schritt 4 

This is the backside. the quadratic black rubber part is the motorized flap of the icecrusher. be careful, ther are some springs, dont loose them.



Now, Spray some Silcone-Spray on the moving parts. i have made red circles where i have put on the Spray. just a lille bit, also on the spring.



Try, move it, when its still noisy apply more silconespray while moving it in and out.



Thats it. reasemble, as last step clip on the clear plastic on the tube from the water, then the notches and then the clipse.


