We want the bakery to play a role in the development of Flåm as a sustainable tourist destination focused on quality products About the job - In charge of daily operations in bakery. - Managing: 2-4 bakers + up to 4 service staff (summer season). - Plan production and order goods. - Responsible for HACCP (IK-Mat) procedures. - Hands-on / operational in production of bread, pastries etc. - Developing bakery and product range even further. Required competence:: Formal training as baker. Relevant experience from bakery/pastry shop. Önskemål: We are looking for a versatile and positive person who is passionate about making handcrafted bakery products. Place of work:: Flåm I Aurland municipality, Norway. Position: permanent. Type of position: Full time. (162 hours a month). Morning/day. Pay: According to Norwegian tariff Nkr 210-245 per hour (approx. 10 Nkr to a EURO) depending on education and experience..
