Dall’unione di mezzo secolo d’esperienza con il prezioso know-how di SISMA nasce MYSINT100, innovativa macchina per Laser Metal Fusion di polveri metalliche concepita per soddisfare le esigenze delle aziende nel settore industria semplificando ed abbreviando l’intero ciclo di creazione dell’oggetto, ottimizzando così la produzione.
The process. The laser metal fusion process of MYSINT100 requires only one .STL 3D file and metal powder. A laser source selectively melts the powder layer by layer, following the instructions of the 3D file, until the prototype is complete. The metal powders suitable for this process are, among others, bronze and steel. The SISMA MYSINT100 bypasses all the laborious traditional phases and directly creates the finished object. Il processo. Il processo di additive manufacturing di MYSINT100 richiede soltanto un file 3D .STL e le polveri metalliche. Una sorgente laser fonde selettivamente le polveri metalliche strato per strato, fino ad ottenere l’oggetto descritto nel file .STL. Le polveri metalliche utilizzabili sono, tra le altre, bronzo e acciaio. SISMA MYSINT100 crea direttamente l’oggetto finito, evitando i lunghi e laboriosi passaggi tradizionali.

Innovation. The MYSINT100 removes all technical and design barriers involved in the traditional process in favour of new, lighter and more creative forms. The prototype, made in one day, boasts built-in features such as moving parts and kinematic motion. L’innovazione. Con MYSINT100 si abbattono le barriere tecniche e di progettazione implicite nel processo tradizionale a favore di nuove forme votate a leggerezza e funzionalità interne. Il prototipo, realizzato in un giorno, vanta funzionalità incorporate nell’oggetto come ad esempio canali di raffreddamento conformati.
Respect for the environment. The MYSINT100 is truly eco-friendly to reflect SISMA’s sensitivity to ecological issues. The MYSINT100 minimises environmental impact by considerably reducing energy consumption and eliminating a number of steps typical of conventional production technologies that require the use of tools, rubber, resins and waxes, not to mention the higher energy consumption of investment casting. Il rispetto dell’ambiente. La natura eco-friendly di MYSINT100 riflette la sensibilità di SISMA alle tematiche ecologiche. MYSINT100 minimizza l’impatto ambientale grazie al basso consumo di energia ed all’eliminazione di diverse fasi tipiche delle tecniche produttive tradizionali, che richiedono l’uso di utensili, gomme, resine, cere senza dimenticare il maggiore consumo energetico della micro-fusione.
