 Instructor of the online staff development course “Designing Activities for Blended and Online Courses”.  Under the direction of Paula Zulaica, I piloted the Dual Immersion program for curricular courses with my Critical Reading and Writing students with great success.  This project allowed our fellow Professor at Xavier University to be awarded with a grant to visit our university. This program continuesalthough I did not teach CRW this semester due to time constraints related to family member caregiving. Ecôle Superieur de Commerce de la Chambre de Commerce et Industrie de la Côte D’Azur (C.E.R.A.M.), Sophia Antípolis, France 1999 Guest Professor -curriculum design. Designed and taught the course: “Communiquer dans L’Entreprise” which was a curricular Spanish course focused on intercultural communication in the business field for students of the Master in Management program. During my stay I designed and carried out a “dual immersion program” with students in Mexico. Evidences: Recommendation letters, contract.

Former Experience at ITESO English Instructor, Spring and Autumn 2003 Achievements: While still a student, I developed a Community Service project: a communicative-approach English course for Iteso’s administrative and IT staff (at that time, staff could not attend PCI courses). After teaching as a volunteer, my students sent a letter to the Rector requesting the course to become permanent. I was invited to join as a teacher and taught the “Business Writing Workshop” (Taller de Redacción en Inglés).
