Hempstead Independent School District Student Code of Conduct & Student Handbook Parent Acknowledgment Form Please be advised that the Hempstead ISD Student Code of Conduct and Student Handbook are available on-line on the district website: www.hempsteadisd.org. Paper copies can be found on your student’s campus in the front office on each campus and at the central administration office. Paper copies are also available at parent request. I understand that the Student Handbook contains information that my child and I may need during the school year and that all students will be held accountable for their behavior and will be subject to the disciplinary consequences outlined in the Student Code of Conduct.
