Ptaszyckiego 6 31- 979 Cracow Tournament Schedule: 09.02.2019 (Saturday) boy’s epee 6:30 a.m.- start of registration boy’s epee 8:00 a.m.- meeting of the referees 9:00 a.m.- eliminations 5:30 p.m.- official opening of the tournament 6:00 p.m.- finals (8) 10.02.2019 (Sunday) girl’s epee 6:30 a.m.- start of registration girl’s epee 8:00 a.m.- meetings of the referees 9:00 a.m.- eliminations 6:00 p.m.- finals (8) Registration: Inscriptions of fencers and referees must be undertaken by National Federations at EFC Website. Competition Format: - one round of pools (to 25% of fencers will be eliminated); - direct eliminations; - finals- 8 fencers.

Referees: 1-4 fencers- no referee required; 5-9 fencers- 1 referee; 10-15 fencers- 2 referees; 16- 20 fencers- 3 referees. All referees must be entered the same way as the fencers through EFC Website! One hour before start of competitions will be held a meeting of EFC Delegate Matthias Henkelmann (GER) with all referees. Participation of all referees at the meeting is mandatory! Fine 500 € for every referee not provided. Registration Fee: 20 € or 85,00 PLN Equipment: FIE standard equipment will be required (800N clothing, 1600N mask with new fastening system, 800N plastron, and FIE aproved blades). The equipment control (mask, glove, plastron, clothing) will be on: 08.02.2019 (Friday) 5:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. 09.02.2019 (Saturday) 6:00 a.m.- 10:00 a.m.; 5:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. 10.02.2019 (Sunday) 6:00 a.m.- 9:00 a.m.
