Coincidint amb el primer aniversari de la mort de Johan Cruyff, el FC Barcelona i la família de Johan Cruyff, representats pel president Josep Maria Bartomeu, el vicepresident primer Jordi Cardoner i Jordi Cruyff, van anunciar públicament que el futur estadi ubicat a la Ciutat Esportiva s’anomenarà Estadi Johan Cruyff. D’aquesta manera, la instal·lació més emblemàtica del complex on creixen els futurs jugadors i jugadores del Barça portarà el nom d’un dels principals impulsors de l’aposta del Club pel futbol formatiu.

On the first anniversary of the death of Johan Cruyff, FC Barcelona, represented by Josep Maria Bartomeu and first vice-president Jordi Cardoner, together with the former player and manager’s family, including Johan’s son Jordi Cruyff, publicly announced that the future sta dium located in the Ciutat Esportiva would be named the Estadi Johan Cruyff. This means that the most emblematic building at the site where future Barça stars are brought up and trained will be named after one of the main promoters of the club’s famous academy.
Aquesta va ser una de les accions consensuades amb la família Cruyff, que es van acordar per perpetuar la memòria de qui va ser jugador, entrenador i que és i serà una llegenda del Club. A més, també s’impulsarà la creació d’una escultura commemorativa de la figura de Johan Cruyff, un espai al Museu i el Club, conjuntament amb la família sol•licitaran a l’Ajuntament de Barcelona que es reconegui l’adjudicació del nom ‘Johan Cruyff’ a algun element urbanístic proper al recinte del Camp Nou.
Esta fue una de las acciones consensuadas con la familia Cruyff, que se acordaron para perpetuar la memoria de quien fue jugador, entrenador y que es y será una leyenda del Club. Además, se impulsará la creación de una escultura conmemorativa de la figura de Johan Cruyff, un espacio propio en el Museo y el Club, conjuntamente con la família, solicitarán al Ayuntamiento de Barcelona que se reconozca la adjudicación del nombre ‘Johan Cruyff’ a algún elemento urbanístico cercano al recinto del Camp Nou.
This was one of the actions agreed upon with the Cruyff family to honour the memory of a man who was both a player and a manager at the club and is and always will be considered a legend. It was also decided that there should be a sculpture to commemorate the legacy of Johan Cruyff as well as a special space in the Club’s New Museum and Tour Experience. In conjunction with is family, the Club will be asking the Barcelona City Council for an urban feature located in the vicinity of the Camp Nou to carry the name “Johan Cruyff”.

También estará homologado por la LFP para jugar en la Segunda División. ESTADI ‘SMART’ ESTADIO ‘SMART’ SMART STADIUM L’Estadi Johan Cruyff s’està construint amb criteris d’estadi smart seguint requeriments de sostenibilitat i eficiència energètica. Serà un estadi connectat i gestionat a través d’un sistema BMS (Building Management System) que s’està implementant a través de la tecnologia BIM. La instal·lació està connectada amb la Ciutat Esportiva a través d’una galeria tècnica soterrada i a nivell superior també amb el nou barri de Sant Joan Despí. L’Estadi incorpora les últimes tecnologies en videomarcadors, seients, terreny de joc i la seva il·luminació, i altres àmbits, com veurem en detall.
El Estadio Johan Cruyff se está construyendo con criterios de estadio smart siguiendo requerimientos de sostenibilidad y eficiencia energética. Será un estadio conectado y gestionado a través de un sistema BMS (Building Management System) que se está implementando a través de la tecnología BIM. La instalación está conectada con la Ciudad Deportiva a través de una galería técnica soterrada y a nivel superior también con el nuevo barrio de Sant Joan Despí. The Johan Cruyff Stadium is being built with ‘smart’ stadium criteria following sustainability and energy efficiency requirements. It will be a stadium connected and managed through a BMS (Building Management System) and it is being implemented through BIM technology. The building is connected with the Ciutat Esportiva through an underground technical gallery and the city of Sant Joan Despí on the ground level. The stadium incorporates the latest technologies in scoreboards, seats, pitch design, LED lighting, and other areas, as we will see in detail.

La tecnologia BIM (Building Information Modeling) s’ha utilitzat des d’un primer moment en el desenvolupament del disseny del projecte, des d’una fase primerenca fins al desenvolupament del projecte de detall i continua sent una metodologia fonamental també durant la fase de construcció. Aquesta manera de treballar permet tenir un disseny coordinat del projecte en totes les disciplines (Arquitectura, Estructura i Instal·lacions). En última instància, ajuda a reduir la incertesa en les fases de disseny i construcció.
La tecnología BIM (Building Information Modeling) se ha utilizado desde un primer momento en el desarrollo del diseño del Proyecto, desde una fase temprana hasta el desarrollo del proyecto de detalle y sigue siendo una herramienta fundamental también durante la fase de construcción. Esta herramienta permite el diseño coordinado del proyecto en todas las disciplinas (Estructura, Instalaciones, Arquitectura). En última instancia, ayuda al objetivo global de reducir la incertidumbre en fases de diseño y construcción.
BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology has been used from the beginning in the development of the Project design, from its early stages through to the development of the detailed project. Aquests videomarcadors permetran a l’espectador gaudir de la millor experiència possible, ja que es podrà no només mostrar el resultat del partit, sinó qualsevol contingut disponible, ja que funcionaran com una pantalla. En aquest sentit, ofereixen al FC Barcelona la possibilitat de mostrar les repeticions de les millors jugades, així com qualsevol tipus de vídeo o missatge que el Club vulgui compartir amb els seus aficionats.
El Estadi Johan Cruyff estará dotado de dos videomarcadores, uno en cada Gol, fabricados por una empresa alemana con experiencia en estadios europeos de primer nivel. Estos videomarcadores permitirán al espectador disfrutar de la mejor experiencia posible, ya que se podrá no solo mostrar el resultado del partido, sino cualquier contenido posible, ya que funcionarán como una pantalla. En este sentido, ofrecen al FC Barcelona la posibilidad de mostrar las repeticiones de las mejores jugadas, así como cualquier tipo de video o mensaje que el Club quiera compartir con sus aficionados.
The Estadi Johan Cruyff will be equipped with two scoreboards, one on each Goal, manufactured by a German company with experience in first level European stadiums. These scoreboards will allow the spectators to enjoy the best possible experience, since they will allow not only to show the result of the game, but any possible content, since they will work as a screen. In this sense, they offer FC Barcelona the possibility of showing the best replays, as well as any type of video or message that the Club wants to share with its fans.

Els 6.000 seients comptaran amb el disseny més innovador de la companyia. Un seient ergonòmic que, ocupat o lliure, contribuirà a crear l’estètica de l’Estadi Johan Cruyff gràcies al seu color blau en combinació amb el color grana de l’edifici. Així mateix, els aficionats podran llegir el lema MÉS QUE UN CLUB a la grada, ja que els seients grocs escriuran aquest missatge a la grada
El FC Barcelona ha seleccionat una empresa catalana per a aquest element tan important de l’Estadi Johan Cruyff, que consistirà en un nou sistema de gespa trenat. Aquest sistema, basat en la col·locació del sempre funcional sistema de pans, millora notablement el rendiment d’aquests pans en trenar làmines de fibra sintètica a l’herba natural existent als pans. Aquest trenat reforça l’herba natural, permet un arrelament millor, més fort i molt més profund, així com un millor comportament de la gespa en cas que l’herba natural es vegi danyada per l’ús o les inclemències del temps.

Los asientos, elementos que podemos observar en todos los recintos deportivos del mundo, siempre suelen pasar desapercibidos. En el caso del Estadi Johan Cruyff, esto no será así. Los 6.000 asientos contarán con el diseño más novedoso de la compañía. Un asiento ergonómico que, ocupado o libre, contribuirá a crear la estética del Estadi Johan Cruyff gracias a su color azul en combinación con el color grana del edificio. Asimismo, los aficionados podrán leer el lema MÉS QUE UN CLUB en la grada lateral, ya que los asientos amarillos escribirán este mensaje en la grada.
El FC Barcelona ha seleccionado a una empresa catalana para este elemento tan importante del Estadi Johan Cruyff, que consistirá en un novedoso sistema de césped trenzado. Este sistema, basado en la colocación del siempre funcional sistema de tepes, mejora notablemente el rendimiento de estos tepes al trenzar láminas de fibra sintética a la hierba natural existente en el tepe. Este trenzado refuerza la hierba natural, permite un enraizamiento mejor, más fuerte y mucho más profundo, así como un mejor comportamiento del césped en caso de que la hierba natural se vea dañada por el uso o las inclemencias del tiempo.

PLAYING FIELD
The seats, elements existing in all the sport venues of the world, always tend to go unnoticed. In the Estadi Johan Cruyff, this will not be the case. The 6,000 seats will provide the most innovative design of the company. An ergonomic seat that, occupied or free, will help to create the aesthetics of the Estadi Johan Cruyff thanks to its blue colour in combination with the grana colour of the building. Also, fans will be able to read the motto lateral MES QUE UN CLUB in the stands, thanks to the yellow seats that will write this message in the stands.
FC Barcelona has selected a Catalan company for this important element of the Estadi Johan Cruyff, which will consist of an innovative system of braided grass. This system, based on the placement of the always functional sod system, significantly improves the performance of these sods by braiding sheets of synthetic fiber to the natural grass existing in the sod. This braid reinforces the natural grass, allows a better rooting, stronger and much deeper, as well as a better behavior of the lawn in case the natural grass is damaged by use or heavy weather.

El 14 de setembre passat va ser el dia escollit pel Club per realitzar la col·locació simbòlica de la primera pedra de l’Estadi Johan Cruyff.

La col·locació simbòlica de la primera pedra, que té la forma d’una caixa de records, és un pas més del projecte Espai Barça que s’iniciarà amb l’edificació de l’Estadi Johan Cruyff, amb la previsió de construcció en un termini de 14 mesos.

Located next to the Johan Cruyff Stadium, the Masia has passed into FC Barcelona ownership as a result of the re-zoning of the area surrounding the Ciutat Esportiva.
Aquesta Masia està inclosa en el Catàleg i Pla Especial de Protecció i Rehabilitació del Patrimoni Arquitectònic de Sant Joan Despí, i consta d’una torre de guaita del segle XII, cossos afegits dels segles XIV i XV, i, finalment, elements de les darreries del segle XIX.
Esta Masía está incluida en el Catálogo y Plan Especial de Protección y Rehabilitación del Patrimonio Arquitectónico de San Juan Despí, y consta de una torre de vigilancia del siglo XII, cuerpos añadidos de los siglos XIV y XV, y, finalmente, elementos de las finales del siglo XIX.
This Masia is included in the Catalog and Special Protection and Rehabilitation Plan for the Architectural Heritage of Sant Joan Despí, and consists of an tower of the twelfth century, buildings added from the 14th and 15th centuries, and, finally, elements of the late nineteenth century.
Les obres de rehabilitació ja han començat. S’estan executant treballs d’enderroc diversos a l’hora que es programen els propers treballs pel reforç dels fonaments i la construcció de la nova estructura. Els treballs s’executen sota el control arqueològic per tal de vetllar i garantir la conservació del patrimoni arquitectònic de la Masia.
Las obras de rehabilitación ya han comenzado. Se están ejecutando varios trabajos de derribo a la vez que se programan los próximos trabajos para el refuerzo de los cimientos y la construcción de la nueva estructura. Los trabajos se ejecutan bajo el control arqueológico para velar y garantizar la conservación del patrimonio arquitectónico de la Masía.
The rehabilitation works have already begun. Several demolition works are being carried out at the time the next work is planned for the reinforcement of the foundations and the construction of the new structure. • La solución empleada consiste en la instalación de un sistema de césped mixto a base de tepes de hierba natural y cosido mediante fibras sintéticas con el objetivo de reforzar el conjunto y dotarlo de mayor resistencia.
• La solución empleada consistió en la instalación de un tejido sintético más tupido y de última generación, con un filamento inteligente que recupera la posición vertical del césped con mayor rapidez y un material de relleno que mejora las condiciones de absorción al impacto para los jugadores.
• Las obras, llevadas a cabo durante el verano, consistieron en la restitución de la subbase, la colocación de una capa de césped natural, su cosido y la instalación del césped artificial perimetral a los dos campos. PITCH 8 AND PITCH 9
• The restitution of the playing field of Pitches 2 and 3 of the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper has been completed.
• At the beginning of the season, the playing fields of Campos 8 and 9 of the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper were restored.
• The solution used consists of a hybrid system turf created from natural grass sods and sewn synthetic fibers, which reinforces the whole pitch and gives it greater strength.
• The solution used consisted in the installation of a more dense and state-of-the-art synthetic fabric, with a smart filament that recovers the vertical position of the lawn faster and a filler material that improves the impact absorption conditions for the players.
• The works, carried out during the summer, consisted of the restitution of the sub-base, the placing of the natural grass layer, and the sewing and the installation of an artificial turf perimeter around the two pitches. In addition to the playing turf, the drainage and irrigation systems of Pitch 2 have been improved and those of Pitch 3 have been completely replaced. • This action will endow the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper with two football pitches equipped with the highest technology.
• These works provide Pitches 8 and 9 with a better surface to practice football and guarantee the long-term uniformity and stability of the pitch. • The works were executed in coordination with the normal operation of the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper and always maintaining one of the two fields in use.
