2. Event The 42nd Int. Juniors Cycling Tour (UCI 2.1 MJ) starts on Friday 15th July 2016 and ends on Sunday 17th July 2016, consists of three stages with a total length of 312,0 kilometres. 3. Regulations The event will be implemented by the current UCI-regulations in addition to the integrated special provisions. The scale of penalty of the UCI will be applied. 3.1

Anti Doping: Medical checks will be done according to the anti-doping regulations of the UCI. Location of the AntiDoping-Controls: 1st stage: 4614 Marchtrenk, Rathaus, Linzer Straße 21 2nd stage: 4320 Perg, Rathaus, Hauptplatz 4 3rd stage: 4813 Altmünster, Rathaus, Marktstraße 21

4. Participation Foreign teams and two Austrian teams (club or mixed), as well as one national team (nominated from the ÖRV) are allowed to participate. All athletes need to be in category Juniors (1998/1999), consisting of six athletes and three supervisors (Art. 2.2.003 UCI-Rules max. 6 athletes, min. 4 athletes). The participants must hold a valid licence for the current year of 2016. The gear ratio is 7,93m. 5. Routing The detailed route map will be enclosed in the specific regulations. 7. Classifications 7.1

Individual stage classification by time: The riders will be classified in the order of their arrival. No time bonuses will be awarded. In the case of a fall, tire damage or mechanical defect on the last three kilometres the UCI rules (Art. 2.6.027) will be applied. The time limit for all stages will be 15%. Under special circumstances, the time limit can be changed by the College of Commissioners in consultation with the organisational team.

7.2

General individual classification on time: Yellow Jersey Will be calculated by adding the time of each stage and taking into account the time penalties. For all riders, arriving in a group, by no more than one second between, the same time will enter into force. In the case of the same time, the lower sum of all placements in all stages will enter into force (Square point). In the case of same square point, the better placement on the last stage will enter into force.

7.3

Individual point classification by points: At each stage, points (20, 15, 11, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1 ) for the first eight riders in the order of their arrival will be awarded.

7.4

General individual point classification by points: Blue Jersey Is calculated by adding the points the rider achieved at all the stages. In the case of same points, the number of stage victories achieved. In another tie, the better placement in the individual general classification by time (after the last passed stage) will enter into force.

7.5

General King of Mountain by points: White/red dotted Jersey Is calculated by adding the individual mountain scores the riders achieved in each mountain classification. In the case of same points, the number of mountain victories will enter into force. In another tie, the better placement in the individual general classification by time (after the last passed stage) will enter into force.

General sprint classification by points: White Jersey Is calculated by adding the individual sprint scores the riders achieved in each sprint classification. In the case of same points, the number of sprint victories will enter into force. In another tie, the better placement in the individual general classification by time (after the last passed stage) will enter into force.

Team classification by time: Is calculated by adding the three best riders time within a team.

In the case of same time the sum of the ranking of the three best riders (by time) will enter into force. In another tie, the position of the best rider in the stage classification will enter into force.

7.10

General team classification by time: Is calculated by adding the individual stages. For the calculation the team classification by time will enter into force. In the case of same time the sum of the first places in the daily team classification will enter into force. In another tie the sum of the second places in the daily team classification will enter into force. For further equality the position of the best driver in the general classification by time of the team will enter into force.

7.11

Most active Austrian Rider: Red Jersey Will be determined by the race commissaires.

11. Team manager meeting The team manager meeting will take place on Friday 15th July 2016 at 1 p.m. in Bad Leonfelden, Hotel Sommerhaus. 12. Officials meeting The meeting of the officials will take place on Friday, 15th July 2016 at 3:30 p.m. in Haid/Ansfelden (1.stage) in the “Stadtamt”. 13. Installation of radio At the opening times of Permanence in front of the Hotel Sommerhaus in Bad Leonfelden. Tourfrequenzy: 160,575 MHz 14. General terms 14.1.1

Each tour participant unconditionally accepts the invitation and submit automatically through the participation. The instructions of the executive and officers have to be followed strictly.

Only the orders of the officials above will have validity. All notices and regulations issued by the other side, are irrelevant. 14.1.3

For his personal financial commitments, each tour participant is responsible. The organizer assumes no financial liability.

14.1.4

The official promotional clothing has to be worn at every stage from start to finish as well as at all official occasions.

14.1.5

All participants have to take care. The provisions of the executive must be followed without exception. Only the right road side has to be used. The organizer declines for any transgressions and their consequences from any responsibility. The accompanying convoy has to go with lights.

14.1.6

For all accredited guides stickers for the cars will be required, which should be placed visible on the front and back of the vehicle. The transfer of these is prohibited.

14.2.

Guidelines for riders

14.2.1

For all riders to wear a helmet is mandatory. The material of the helmet must have a solid patterns. (Hard shell, not a time trial helmet, CE sign)

14.2.2

When the start number is damaged or modified art. 12.1.040 § 4.2 of the UCI regulations will be applied.

14.2.3

The start sheet has to be signed at the latest 15 minutes before the start by the racers. The teams have to come together to the signation, according to the list of presentation times. Riders wearing a Leaders jersey have to be at the starting line latest 10 min before the start.

14.2.4

The racers of a team have to wear unique jerseys on all stages except the racers with the leading jerseys. If teams change their jerseys during the tour (other colours) they have to tell that to the members of the Comissaires on the previous day.

14.2.5

The leaders of the special classifications have to wear the official leading jerseys. Not wearing the leader jerseys will be fined according to the rules of the UCI. Team jerseys in the same colour as the leading jerseys are not allowed.

14.2.6

The first, the second and the third rider of each stage and the riders with the leading jerseys have to attend the official ceremonies at the end of each stage.

14.2.7

The winner get the prices only for the stages they have finished. To receive the prizes for general classification the racers have to finish the whole tour.

14.2.8

A crossing saved with red lights is the same as a closed crossing.

14.2.9

If the time gap is too big, riders can be taken out of the race if the traffic or security situation makes it necessary.

14.2.10 After the finish of the stage the first three riders and the riders with the leading jerseys have to come to the gear control, which is after the finish line immediately. 14.3

Guidelines for the team managers

14.3.1

At the end of each stage the cars have to be parked at the marked parking places. It is forbidden to park in the finish area. Only the police, the race directors, the car of the head of the organisation, the race commissaries, the tour doctor, the ambulance and the sag wagon are allowed to pass the finish line.

14.3.2

I fit is necessary to stop in the finish area it is only allowed on the right side. You have to open the doors of the car only on the right side and you have to leave the car only on the right side.

14.3.3

Every team has to pay a deposit of € 100.- for the keys for the house and for the rooms. After complete return on the last day the deposit will be refunded. Costs for damage, lost keys, lost towels, occupancy of more than nine persons, etc. accept the team.

14.4

Hygiene and environment protection rules

14.4.1

Racer, team manager and officials have to keep clean the places of start and destination and have to avoid the damage of public or private things. The racers are not allowed to throw away things during the race which cannot be composited, except in specially designated areas. It is prohibited to urinate during the stage inside of towns/villages or in front of spectators.

14.5

Protests and penalties

14.5.1

Protests and penalties are executed in the way of the guilty UCI-regulations.

14.5.2

Delicts against point 14.4.1 (hygiene and environment-protection) are executed according to the rules of the UCI.

14.6.

Final clause

14.6.1

In the case of possible differences at the interpretation of the regulation only the german text of the regulation is relevant.

14.6.2

All not mentioned events are decided by the members of the commissaries panel.

14.6.3

The members of the commissaries panel reserved their right to change the special provisions in case of current circumstances. The team managers and the racers will be informed of possible modifications by bulletin in time.
