Der Wettbewerb wird nach den Bestimmungen der IWO, ergänzt durch das Reglement des DSV Jugendcup/ Deutschlandpokals durchgeführt. The competition will be conducted under the provisions of the Regulations of the ICR and the DSV Youth Cup / Cup Germany.

Der Teilnehmer am Wettkampf akzeptiert, wenn er im Wettkampf einen Schaden erleidet und der Meinung ist, den zuständigen Organisator bzw. dessen Erfüllungsgehilfen treffe hierfür ein Verschulden, dass diese im Hinblick auf Sachschäden nur bei Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit haften. Diese Erklärung gilt auch für den Rechtsnachfolger des Athleten. Der Teilnehmer erklärt sich weiter bereit, sich mit den jeweiligen Wettkampfbestimmungen vertraut zu machen. Wenn durch seine Teilnahme am Wettkampf ein Dritter Schaden erleidet, akzeptiert er, dass eine eventuelle Haftung allein ihn treffen kann. Es dient deshalb seinem eigenen Interesse, ausreichenden Versicherungsschutz zu haben The participant in the competition accepted, if he suffers a damage in this competition and the opinion is relevant, the Organizer or its agents meet this fault, that they are liable only in terms of property damage in case of intent or gross negligence. This statement also applies to the assignee of the athlete. Furthermore the participant agrees to familiarize himself with the respective competition regulations. If a third party suffers damage through his participation in the competition, he accepted that a potential liability alone can meet him. Therefore it serves his own interest to have adequate insurance cover.
