Lessor waives any restoration in connection with these items. Lessor shall remain responsible for maintenance, repair and replacement of all items pro~ded by !he Lessor ' under this lease. Except as modified in this Agreement, all terms and e-0nditions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect, and in the event that any of the terms ar.d e-0ndilions of this Agreement conflict with any terms and cor.ditions of the Lease er any previous supplemental !ease agreements, the terms and con
